4th Official RSPA Meeting
Southwestern IL will be the site of the 4th official RSPA Meeting this year. Any member may attend! The meeting is set for September 24, 2014 in East St. Louis at the Casino Queen Riverboat - www.casinoqueen.com. Our meeting will be held in a side room off the Market Street Buffet. This room only holds 40 and overflow will eat in general dining, so get there early! For the meeting we can bring additional chairs into the side room after chow.
Social time starts at 11 AM, meal at Noon with meeting to follow. Meal cost is $5.00 per person and again, we will offer the $15 flat fee for New Members, (includes lunch). Normal dues will begin Jan 2015. FYI - Associate membership is open to any Illinois State Police employee who has completed 15 years of service and is still employed by the Illinois State Police. This Association is not for Retirees only!
A block of rooms has been set aside for those that may want to stay overnight and take in the sights of the Casino, St. Louis or IL. Room with tax is $81.20 per night, so make it a destination meeting and bring friends! Call 800-077-7777 for reservations and mention the Retired IL State Trooper Association.
